EXCHANGES CAN BE DONE IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT

EXCHANGE POLICY

To be Eligible for an Exchange, Your Item must be unused and in the Same Condition that you Received It. It must also be in the Original Packaging. If the Tags are Removed it will be Considered that the Product is Used and Will Not be Accepted for Exchange.

Customers can also Exchange Products by Visiting Our Store Within 7 Days. Locate our stores Here. The Product Should be Unused & Tags have to be Intact. Customers are Requested to Carry Bill with them.

For Minor Colour and Design Variations in the Products from the Photographs Shared on the Website Would Not be Eligible for a Refund or Exchange.

DAMAGED/BROKEN

What if the Product is Received in Damaged Condition?

We sincerely apologize if you’ve received your product in a damaged condition or if the packaging appears tampered with at the time of delivery. Please refuse to accept the package and return it immediately to the delivery person. Kindly contact our Customer Care at 📞 +91-9849992087 or email us at 📧 info@srifinejewellery.in, mentioning your Order ID. We’ll personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost. To process the claim, we’ll be needing a single 360° unboxing video of the product showing the condition of the package and item clearly for verification purposes. Please ensure that the original product tags and packaging are intact when you send the product back.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can Cancel Your Order Before the Product gets Shipped. To Cancel Your Order Call Our Customer Care at +91-9849992087. If the Order is shipped before the Intimation, We Will Not be able to Cancel the Order. Instead, You Will have to Raise an Exchange Request Once You Receive the Order.

REFUND POLICY

Refund will be Processed to the Same Account from Where the Payment is Initiated at the Time of Placing Your Order. We Will Process Your Refund Once the Return Shipment is Received and Examined by our Team.

For all the COD Orders We Will Share with You a Link to Fill a Form to Collect the Required Details to Initiate the Refund Process. It usually takes 1-2 Days to Process the Refund and it might take Further 4-5 Working Days for the Refund to Reflect into Your Bank Account.
